Something wrong with a listing?
Provider details come from the Care Quality Commission's published data and can be out of date between publications. If a listing is wrong, email us with the service name and CQC location ID and we will correct it at the next refresh. If the CQC record itself is wrong, the provider needs to update it with CQC directly.
We cannot help with urgent care or safeguarding.
If someone is at immediate risk, call 999. To report a safeguarding concern about a care service, contact the adult social care team at the relevant council, or CQC on 03000 616161. Carevo is not a regulator and cannot investigate.
